How It Works
Since each artwork is custom-made, securing your spot or arranging timely flower delivery is essential. Here is how our booking and creation process works:
Select your preferred artwork below and click “CUSTOMIZE YOUR ORDER” to open the request form.
Once we review your event details, we will send a confirmation email with your invoice to complete your 50% deposit via Interac e-transfer.
(Please note: Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of your scheduled date).
1. Request & Reserve
Whether you are bringing your own sentimental flowers or sending fresh blooms from a special event, we handle every detail with care.
For the best preservation results, your flowers should arrive at our studio within 1 to 3 days following your occasion or gathering.
Studio Drop-Off:
On confirmation, Chelsea, QC drop-off (Friends or family can drop off for you!)
Uber Courier / (Ottawa & Area):
Don't want to travel after your event? You can easily schedule an Uber Courier to pick up your flowers from your venue or home and deliver them straight to our studio.
Express Shipping (Outside Local Area):
Send via 24h express shipping. Step-by-step packing instructions are provided upon booking.
(Please note: All transportation costs, including Uber Courier and express shipping fees, are arranged at the client's expense and are not included in the artwork price).
Don't Have Fresh Flowers? We Can Source Them For You
Whether you missed the fresh-flower window or wish to recreate a bouquet from a past occasion, we can source matching bloom varieties to recreate your arrangement.
(Select the All-Inclusive Option at checkout or in your order form to include full floral sourcing and coordination).
2. Flower Reception & Drop-Off
Main Keepsake Casts (Single & Sets)
Turnaround: 4–6 weeks from flower drop-off.
Final Payment: Remaining 50% balance (plus floral sourcing) is due upon flower drop-off or prior to bloom sourcing.
Event Favors & Bulk Orders (50+ units)
Final Payment: Full balance and floral fees are due 60 days prior to your delivery date.
3. Creation & Payment Terms
Your finished botanical heirlooms are ready! Studio pickup is available by appointment, or enjoy complimentary hand-delivery within a 25 km radius of our studio. Safe delivery or shipping outside this area can also be arranged directly to your door.

For planned occasions, booking in advance secures your spot on our calendar. For unexpected life events or memorial services, please contact us as soon as possible. We keep dedicated availability each week specifically to accommodate urgent memorial flower requests.

For the best detail, fresh flowers should be brought to our studio within 3 days maximum after the service or event. Studio drop-offs are welcome every day between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. If you cannot bring them personally, a friend, relative, or funeral coordinator can drop them off on your behalf.

No, not necessarily. While most clients prefer using meaningful stems directly from a service, we can also recreate a tribute piece using fresh blooms ordered directly from a florist based on the specific flower varieties you wish to honor.

Flowers are not included in the listed price, as our pricing covers the preservation process, custom materials, and hand-poured artistry. Most clients send us their own fresh blooms from a special event. However, if you don't have a bouquet, please reach out to us—we would be happy to source fresh botanicals for your piece for an additional fee.

Every flower holds meaning, regardless of quantity. We can craft beautiful, minimalist relief pieces centered around a single bloom, or combine a few stems with subtle accent botanicals from our studio to create a balanced piece.

Our signature mineral casting process relies on fresh botanicals to leave deep, 3D impressions in the mold. While fresh flowers give the most crisp and detailed result, please reach out to us directly if you have dried flowers so we can assess their condition and discuss custom options.

No. We create a permanent 3D mineral relief impression. Your natural flowers are pressed into a custom mold to record their organic texture and form. Fine plaster is then hand-poured into the impression. Once set, the organic material is removed, leaving a lasting, sculptural stone-like relief.

Flowers used in the molding process lose their freshness and cannot be returned. If there are specific sentimental stems you wish to keep intact at home, please set them aside before delivering the bouquet to us.

A 50% deposit locks in your reservation. The remaining 50% balance is due upon flower drop-off. Because each piece is handcrafted specifically with your sentimental flowers, deposits and orders are final once creation has begun.
