How It Works
Since each artwork is custom-made, securing your spot or arranging timely flower delivery is essential. Here is how our booking and creation process works:
1. Request & Reserve
Select your preferred artwork below and click “CUSTOMIZE YOUR ORDER” to open the request form.
Once we review your event details, we will send a confirmation email with your invoice to complete your 50% deposit via Interac e-transfer.
(Please note: Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of your scheduled date)..
2. Flower Reception & Drop-Off
Whether you are bringing your own sentimental flowers or sending fresh blooms from a special event, we handle every detail with care.
For the best preservation results, your flowers should arrive at our studio within 1 to 3 days following your occasion or gathering.
Studio Drop-Off:
On confirmation, Chelsea drop-off (Friends or family can drop off for you!)
Uber Courier / (Ottawa & Area):
Don't want to travel after your event? You can easily schedule an Uber Courier to pick up your flowers from your venue or home and deliver them straight to our studio.
Express Shipping (Outside Local Area):
Send via 24h express shipping. Step-by-step packing instructions are provided upon booking.
(Please note: All transportation costs, including Uber Courier and express shipping fees, are arranged at the client's expense and are not included in the artwork price).
Don't Have Fresh Flowers? We Can Source Them For You
Whether you missed the fresh-flower window or wish to recreate a bouquet from a past occasion, we can source matching bloom varieties to recreate your arrangement.

3. Creation & Payment Terms
Main Keepsake Casts (Single & Sets)
Turnaround: 4–6 weeks from flower drop-off.
Final Payment: Remaining 50% balance (plus floral sourcing) is due upon flower drop-off or prior to bloom sourcing.
Event Favors & Bulk Orders (50+ units)
Final Payment: Full balance and floral fees are due 60 days prior to your delivery date.
4. Pickup & Delivery
Your finished botanical heirlooms are ready! Studio pickup is available by appointment, or enjoy complimentary hand-delivery within a 25 km radius of our studio.
Safe delivery or shipping outside this area can also be arranged directly to your door.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date on our studio calendar, as we only take a limited number of bridal bouquets per weekend. Ideally, reserve your spot 3 to 6 months before your wedding date. Last-minute bookings are welcome based on studio availability.

For the crispest detail and best results, your bouquet should be received within 3 days maximum after your wedding. Studio drop-offs are welcome every day between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. If you are away on your honeymoon, a friend or family member can easily drop it off for you, or express courier shipping guidelines will be provided.

No, not necessarily! While most brides bring their fresh bouquet after the wedding, you can also request a piece created using fresh stems ordered directly from a florist based on your bouquet's flower types and colors. If you prefer to bring your original bouquet, you can also include stems from bridesmaids' bouquets, centerpieces, or boutonnières.

Flowers are not included in the listed price, as our pricing covers the preservation process, custom materials, and hand-poured artistry. Most clients send us their own fresh blooms from a special event. However, if you don't have a bouquet, please reach out to us—we would be happy to source fresh botanicals for your piece for an additional fee.

Flowers not used in the plaster casting process lose their freshness during handling and cannot be returned or preserved. If there are specific keepsake stems you wish to keep intact at home, please remove them before bringing us your bouquet.

Our signature mineral relief process relies on fresh, hydrated botanicals to press detailed textures into the mold. While fresh flowers yield the best relief, please reach out directly if you have a dried bouquet to see if a custom alternative can be accommodated.

No. We create a 3D mineral relief impression. Your fresh flowers are pressed into a custom mold to record their organic form and delicate details, after which fine plaster is hand-poured into the impression. The organic material is then removed, leaving behind a permanent, sculptural stone-like piece of art.

A 50% deposit via Interac e-transfer locks in your wedding date. For individual keepsakes and bridal bundles, the remaining 50% balance is due upon flower drop-off. For Guest Favors (50+ units), the final balance is due 60 days prior to your wedding date. Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of your scheduled date.

Each piece is individually hand-poured in natural plaster. Due to the artisanal process and organic floral shapes, subtle variations in tone, micro air bubbles, and minor surface character are normal and expected. These organic details make your wedding artwork truly one of a kind.
