How Flower Collection Works
To ensure every bride gets a stress-free experience, we offer two flexible ways to preserve her wedding flowers:
Option 1: Planned Ahead (Before the Wedding)
If the gift is planned prior to the wedding, we coordinate directly with the bride or her designated contact (bridesmaid, maid of honor, or family member). We arrange for the fresh wedding flowers to be delivered to our studio within 3 days following the wedding to ensure peak freshness for preservation.
Option 2: Surprise, Last-Minute, or Day-Of Gifting
Is this a surprise, a last-minute gift, or was the certificate in an envelope she didn't get to open within 3 days of the wedding? No problem! If the original bouquet is no longer available or she's off on her honeymoon, we’ve got it covered.
We can reach out to her on a date you select below—once the wedding whirlwind has settled! We will either ask for a list of her favorite flowers from her bouquet or contact her florist directly to get all the details. We'll handle everything seamlessly from there to source matching fresh blooms!
Please note: Since our base preservation prices do not include the cost of purchasing fresh flowers, an additional flower fee will apply to Option 2 to cover sourcing and coordination. This extra fee is based on the selected frame size.
